Jeff Toyne claims spot on PLAYBACK MAGAZINE’S 2011 TEN TO WATCH
On September 7, composer Jeff Toyne was named one of Playback Magazine’s 2011 Ten to Watch. Toyne will be celebrated at the 5th Annual Canadian Film and Television Hall of Fame induction ceremony, taking place Thursday, September 15 at CBC’s Glenn Gould Studio during the Toronto International Film Festival. The list shines a light on some of the country’s rising stars.
The article lists Toyne and members of the Top Ten To Watch alongside inductees to the Canadian Film and Television Hall of Fame such as Tantoo Cardinal, Denis Héroux, and Pierre Juneau. Past inductees have included David Cronenberg, Paul Haggis, John Candy, and Donald Sutherland.
